Delete your account
The fastest way is inside the App: open Profile and choose Delete account. It takes effect immediately.
If you no longer have the App, submit the form below from the email address you use to sign in to ONE14 QARDIO. If you used Sign in with Apple and hid your email, give the relay address shown in your Apple ID settings. We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, complete the deletion within 30 days, and email you when it is done.

Use the same email address connected to your ONE14 QARDIO account so we can verify ownership.

Your request will be sent to the ONE14 account support group. A team member may contact you for verification before deletion begins.

You receive an email confirming that your deletion request has been submitted.
We verify that the request comes from the account holder.

What is deleted
Your sign-in account and profile, profile photo, all sessions and saved routes, Qur'an listening and khatm progress, preferences, community posts with their maps, and the reactions and duas you sent. We also disconnect Strava and revoke Sign in with Apple, if you used them.
What is kept
Activities already uploaded to Strava remain there until you delete them in Strava. Moderation reports are kept as safety records. Crash reports expire within 90 days, and copies in our service providers' backups are removed on their schedules. Records of event registrations or store purchases are kept as described in our Privacy Policy, Section 4.
Deletion is permanent. After completion, your account and recoverable personal data cannot be restored.
