OUR INSPIRATION

The Qur’an the greatest miracle of our Ummah & the closest rope we have to Allah in this world.

Hear from the #ONE14Tribe

Every ayah memorized, every mile run, carries a story.
Here’s how ONE14 has impacted those who took on the challenge

“ONE14 is an opportunity to strive for the sake of Allah and to grow both spiritually and physically. Alone, it feels harder, With community, family, and friends beside you, it becomes so much easier. This opportunity is truly a ni’mah. Alhamdulillah.”

Dylan J. ONE14 Challenger

“I thought I wasn’t ‘Fit’ or ‘Ready’.
ONE14 proved showing up with my son was enough”

RESOURCES

Still Have Questions?

  • No. ONE14 isn’t about being the fastest or the fittest , it’s about showing up. Whether you’re lacing up for the first time or already training, the challenge is designed to meet you where you are. You can walk, jog, or run — as long as you stay below the event cut-off time. What matters most is consistency and intention.

  • For the challenge, everyone focuses on the same surah for their distance. If you already know it, this is a chance to review, strengthen, and perfect your memorization. Mastery matters just as much as new memorization and repetition is part of the journey.

  • Falling behind doesn’t mean failing. Every ayah you carry with you is progress. We provide guides, reminders, and community support to help you stay on track — but perfection isn’t the goal. The goal is growth

  • Absolutely. ONE14 is open to both men and women, and many families choose to join together. Parents, children, siblings , all are welcome to share in the challenge and support one another.

Children can also take part in the Kids Fun Run — a shorter, safe race that lets them experience the energy of the day, build discipline in their own way, and feel part of the ONE14 tribe.

  • Men begin first, and women start shortly after. Because the course is a loop, it’s possible to pass each other during the run , but the challenge is designed so everyone can focus on their own pace and progress, while still being part of the same collective journey.

  • The name "ONE14" carries a profound dual significance. "One" refers to the all-powerful, all-knowing God, and It also represents the number 1 in the number 114. The number 114 represents the chapters of the Holy Quran, underscoring the community's deep connection to Islamic teachings. ONE14 begins and ends with the "ONE," encapsulating a journey that is both personal and collective, spiritual and physical.

  • We’re always excited to explore new partnerships! If you're from a business and interested in working with us, please reach out via email[]. We look forward to discussing opportunities to collaborate and support our community initiatives together.
