How do virtual challenges work?

ONE14 virtual challenges let you complete the required Qur’an and movement goals from anywhere in the world. You log your progress, track your journey, and join a global community of participants completing the same challenge simultaneously.

Is this for beginners?

The challenges are designed to push you. That said, if you’re committed and willing to prepare, you can do this. This is not about being an athlete — it’s about being disciplined.

Is Qur’an memorization required?

Yes. Qur’an is not optional at ONE14. The memorization and recitation component is central to the challenge. Specific requirements will be shared upon registration.

Can I join from anywhere in the world?

Absolutely. ONE14 is a global movement. Both the June and September challenges are fully virtual, open to participants worldwide.

What happens after June?

Those who complete the June challenge are invited to continue their journey with the September challenge.
